Placing Your Order:
Our online shopping system, set up through PayPal, guarantees secure online shopping. Payments can be made with debit cards, credit cards, and paypal accounts. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. All payments must be made in US dollars.
At this point, we cannot accept orders from outside the United States. We are working to provide this service in the future.
Liabilities:
JustNeem is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Damage which occurs during transportation by USPS may be insured by the carrier, if claims are received by JustNeem within two business days of delivery. All orders leave our facility with a USPS Delivery Confirmation number.
As with any body care products, it is our customer's responsibility to test any product on a small area before using it on the whole body. JustNeem is not responsible for any harmful effect of using our products.
Return Policies:
All sales are final. To continuously serve our customers with high quality products, we cannot accept any returns.
JustNeem reserves the right to change customer service policies at any time.
Shipping & Handling Terms
Calculating Your Shipping Cost:
At this time, our shipping is based on weight in relation to USPS rates (see table below). You may receive more than one box with your order to keep postage to a minimum. The actual postage per individual package may differ slightly.
Small orders (e.g. the weight of 1-4 soaps) will be shipped via First Class Mail Package (3 day service).
Mid-size and large orders (e.g. the weight of 5-136 soaps) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box(es) (2 day service).

In PayPay Check-out, enter your ZIP Code to calculate the shipping costs once you have decided to check out the items in your cart, and PayPal then calculates your total, which includes shipping and North Carolina residents' sales taxes.
Handling:
We do not charge a handling fee for your orders.
North Carolina Residents:
North Carolina residents will be charged an additional sales tax of 6.4%.
