To continuously serve our customers with high quality products, we cannot accept returned products, as products could have been opened and used by the returning customer. Therefore, all JustNeem sales are final.
Product Liability:
JustNeem is not responsible for any harmful effect of using our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to test any product on a small area before using it on the whole body.
Shipping Liability:
JustNeem is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Damage which occurs during transportation by USPS, FedEx, or UPS may be insured by the carrier, if claims are received by JustNeem within two business days of delivery.
